Cheese & Grain AGM
The 2018 Annual General Meeting of Frome Cheese & Grain Ltd. will be held on Tuesday 23rd October at the Cheese & Grain. Room 3 on the mezzanine.
Members are cordially invited to the 2018 AGM. Refreshments and a chance to meet the Trustees from 6.30pm: the meeting starts at 7pm.
Reports on developments, progress and issues will be presented.
Any members may nominate members for election to the Board. Members may also propose motions for discussion and voting on. Nominations and motions (that must be signed by at least two members) must be sent in advance in letter form and posted to:

If you want to nominate another member, or members, for election to the Board please provide your contact details and the contact details of nominees, along with a brief statement saying why the nominee(s) would be suitable and what you think they would bring to the Board (please note that this statement may be circulated to members).
Nominations and motions must be received no later than 5pm on the 10th October 2018.
