After a sold out show back in 2015, the God father of Reggae, Lee “Scratch” Perry returns to headline the first “Celebration Of Reggae” Weekend in Frome!

The weekend will also see the community working together, to celebrate one of the most influential movements in music history. Reggae Music!

Friday 3rd March will kickstart with a live show from the living legend, Lee “Scratch” Perry, supported by Bruton Dub Club.
Saturday 4th March (10am) will see the launch of the Reggae Market, with authentic Jamaican Food, stalls, live DJ’s from “Frome Dub Club” and an interactive art installation.
Saturday 4th March (8pm) Bob Marley and the Wailers Tribute “LEGEND” will be celebrating the life of one of Jamaica’s most prolific artists. The event will also feature a live set from special guests,”Troy Ellis & The Hail Jamaica Reggae Band!”
If you’re a fan of Reggae Music, this is a very special weekend to add to the music calendar in 2017.
The Celebration of Reggae weekend will be supporting and celebrating the work of Wateraid UK. This event is supported by The Cheese & Grain, The Wheatsheaves, DSS Audio and Lighting, VJ Ultra, The George Hotel, The Archangel, SMART Menswear, Bruton Dub Club, Frome Dub Club, Angelfish Productions, Gm3 Music and SNG Live.
