Dance for the Over 60s
with Soo Wright
Suitable for men and women who would like a dance class at a slightly slower pace than the Dance Fusion Fitness course or who find it difficult to pick up steps quickly. You will learn some contemporary dance skills as well as other dance styles and learn simple dance routines. You will strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and balance. You will get a work out for the brain as well as the body! The class will start with a warm up and end with a cool down.
Wear comfortable shoes or go bare foot. Bring water.
