Dance Fusion Fitness

This is a fun, friendly and inclusive dance fitness class. You’ll learn simple, low-impact dance routines to great music, incorporating all sorts of different dance styles such as Salsa, Bollywood, Tango, Charleston, African and many more! The focus is on cardiovascular exercise and the class may also include some routines to improve flexibility, balance and core strength. You’ll get a workout for the brain as well as the body!
All abilities and ages welcome.
You need to bring water to each session. Wear comfortable clothes for moving and trainers, flat dance shoes or bare feet.
