AU312 Digital Camera Phone Photography

An in-depth and comprehensive digital photography course covering all aspects of using the camera in your smart phone.

Tuition includes camera settings and specifications; shutter speeds, apertures, ISO and white balance; composition and artistic methods; extra continuous lighting; selfies and other portraits; still life; architecture; image storage and editing; image manipulation; social media; video; accessories; printing and presentation.

Learners are assessed individually by tutor James Bartholomew, grouped in pairs for assignments during each class, and choose a subject for an image diary; leaving the course with a set of notes and a portfolio of images that will bring them to a higher level of understanding and accomplishment.

Please bring your camera phone, a laptop if possible, and any accessories you want to use.
