AU402 – Positive Adventures In Creative Writing

Writers! This friendly, supportive group will bring fresh, positive energy to your creative writing practice, whether you like to write fiction, non-fiction or poetry. We’ll use prompts including poems, prose, art, photographs and everyday objects to help free up your imagination and give you the confidence to explore new ideas and forms in the stimulating company of other writers. You’ll write 2-3 new pieces each session – prose or poetry, you choose.

We put value on listening to, and giving feedback on, each other’s writing, both as constructive support and as a way of extending our awareness of our own writing craft.

Some previous creative writing experience is necessary, but don’t worry, you don’t have to be on the best-sellers list!
