Sham 69 – Live at The Tree House

Sham 69, formed in 1975 by Neil Harris and Jimmy Pursey, remains a pioneering force in punk. Known for anthems like “Borstal Breakout,” “If the Kids Are United,” and “Hurry Up Harry,” they’ve influenced punk worldwide despite numerous lineup changes. Since Tim V took over vocals in 2006, the band has achieved new heights, completing international tours, major festivals, and releasing seven albums.

Today’s lineup includes Tim V on vocals, Ian Whitewood, the longest-serving drummer, Paul Brightman on guitar, and Al Campbell on bass, who joined in 2009 with a rich punk pedigree from UK Subs. Following their 2024 album To the Ends of the Earth, Sham 69 continues to deliver electrifying live shows, connecting with audiences through their raw passion, stage presence, and timeless street-punk energy.
