Andre “Shy FX” Williams has quietly been one of the most influential British producers of the last 25 years. From his groundbreaking jungle anthem Original Nuttah (a tune that has as much impact now as it did when it first smashed into the charts in the early 90s), to his recent collabs with household names such as Lilly Allen and Chronixx, to his behind-the-scenes production work for multi-million selling pop RnB acts, Shy’s ability to fuse soundsystem culture with electronic futurism and classic songwriting has defined the music of successive generations.

There are few MCs in Drum and Bass with the track record and pedigree that Rage carries. Pioneering his individual style and mastering his craft on Pirate radio stations working alongside Hype, Zinc and Swift, before touring the globe with Goldie and Kemistry and Storm, he also held residencies at legendary nights like Renegade Hardware, True Playas and the Valve Sound System and cemented his dominance as one of the leading MCs in the scene. He later met Chase and Status and hosted their DJ & live sets for the next 17 years, headlining every major festival in the world numerous times.

South West party/promotion/DJ collective GORILLA TACTICS returns to the Cheese & Grain, Frome for their annual festive knees up! Best known for running their flagship stage WRONG SIDE OF THE TRACKS at Boomtown Fair for the last 10 years, these local lads have also brought such names as Andy C, Shy FX, Goldie, David Rodigan, Mungos Hifi, Craig Charles, The Skints, Dub Pistols, Stanton Warriors, Gardna, Prince Fatty & Horseman, Bish and many more to Frome over the couple years.
