Dance for the Over 60s
with Soo Wright
A very friendly, accessible dance class for men and women 60+ to learn simple, low impact dance routines and different dance styles. You will strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and balance whilst moving to great music! The class starts with a warm up and ends with a cool down and sometimes we do pair and group work for added fun!
Wear comfortable shoes for dancing in or go bare feet. Bring water.
