Dance Fusion Fitness

Dance to great music and get a workout for the brain as well as the body! This is a fun, friendly and low-impact dance fitness class. You will have the chance to learn simple dance routines incorporating all sorts of different dance steps such as Salsa, Cha Cha, Charleston, Bollywood and many more! All ages welcome and ability to pick up dance steps and learn simple routines recommended. There may also be the opportunity to take part in community dance events such as flashmobs!
You need to bring water to each session. Wear comfortable clothes and trainers or dance shoes. The Dance Centre has a good floor so you can dance bare feet if you prefer.
