This is a fun and friendly dance fitness class where you will have the chance to learn simple dance routines to great music, incorporating all sorts of different dance steps such as Salsa, Cha Cha, Charleston, Jive, African and many more! You’ll get a workout for the brain as well as the body! All abilities and ages welcome.
You need to bring water to each session. Wear comfortable clothes and trainers or dance shoes. The Dance Centre has a good floor so you can dance bare feet if you prefer.
