Live Music Engineer / Head of Technical Services (Full-Time)

The Cheese and Grain is seeking an experienced Live Music Engineer / Head of Technical Services to join our dynamic events team.

Role details:
35 hours per week
Starting salary: £31,872 per annum
Benefits: Pension contribution + 5 weeks’ annual leave

About the role:
The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the technical delivery of all Cheese and Grain events. This includes engineering live performances, overseeing technical operations, and leading a team of technicians and stage managers.

Key responsibilities include:

Engineering an average of at least two live performances per week
Managing and scheduling a pool of technicians and stage managers
Overseeing all technical elements across events, including maintenance and operation of a wide range of equipment
Working a minimum of one on-site day per week for administration, planning, and meetings
