Formed by longtime friends Will Taylor and Nick Hill, Flyte have quietly built a reputation as one of the UK’s most thoughtful and emotionally resonant modern bands. Across acclaimed releases including The Loved Ones, This Is Really Going To Hurt, and their 2023 self-titled album Flyte, the duo have carved out a sound that blends classic singer-songwriter intimacy with rich, contemporary production and breathtaking vocal harmony, earning praise for their “vocal chemistry” and deeply felt musicality.

Their fourth album, Between You and Me, marks a new creative peak. Written in a burst of instinct and honesty at Taylor’s North East London flat, the record was shaped by a desire to strip everything back, no overthinking, no overworking, just real emotions captured in the moment. Collaborating with renowned producer Ethan Johns, Flyte leaned fully into intuition, crafting a collection of songs that feel raw, immediate, and profoundly human. The result is their most affecting work to date: a series of diary-like reflections on love, vulnerability, fallibility, and growth.

Across their catalogue, songs like “Faithless”, “Cathy Come Home”, “Victoria Falls”, “Losing You”, “Easy Tiger”, and “Tough Love” reveal a band unafraid to be both fragile and fearless, romantic yet unflinchingly honest. Their music explores the small emotional truths that define us, delivered with cinematic warmth and harmonies that linger long after the final note.

Live, Flyte offer something truly special. Their performances are intimate and transportive, drawing audiences into a shared emotional space where every lyric lands with quiet intensity. Expect a set that pulls you close, moves you deeply, and leaves you glowing.
