“There are an infinite number of possible futures that lie ahead of us—like threads stretching out into the distance. Rob Hopkins, cofounder of the international Transition Network movement, invites us to travel to future worlds we would actually want to live in.”
Frome Town Council is producing a full-day workshop with legendary thinker, activist and writer Rob Hopkins. We are challenging ourselves to answer the question – what do we want Frome to be like in 25, 50 and 100 years? The workshop will run all day at the Cheese and Grain. It will be fun, interactive and social. We will push ourselves to free our minds and our imagination to think outside the box. Climate change is the major crisis of our times. How do we flip the script and turn this crisis into an opportunity?
This workshop is open to all but particularly people who are interested in collaborating to create new opportunities for our town. The output from this session will inform FTC’s new Climate Action Plan and will inform other FTC strategic work.
