The queens of vocal harmony are throwing a massive birthday party to celebrate their 20th anniversary, you are invited to The Puppini Sisters’ birthday tour!

“…immaculate harmonies… weaving past and present so deftly…” – The Times

Close harmonies, corsets, and clever covers. From festival stages to royal soirées, The Puppini Sisters have dazzled the world with their retro-glam style and genre-bending swing since 2004.

Formed by Bologna-born Marcella Puppini at London’s Trinity College of Music, the trio burst onto the scene with Betcha Bottom Dollar (2006) — the fastest-selling jazz debut in UK chart history. Their sassy swing take on everything from Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy to Heart of Glass won over fans from Michael Bublé to King Charles.

As streaming and “antique pop” exploded, their influence was undeniable. “A lot of acts credited us,” says Marcella. “But our focus has always been on performing live.”

Their signature style — part Vivienne Westwood, part burlesque — helped spark the vintage revival. “Corsets were essential,” laughs Marcella. “We could see vintage booming, but even I didn’t expect it to get this big.”

Now celebrating 20 years, Marcella and original Sister Kate Mullins reunite with early member Rosanna Schura for a new album mixing originals and playful covers. “It’s our party,” says Marcella. “Even Happy Birthday gets the Puppini twist — waltz, country-swing, and a nod to Stevie Wonder and 50 Cent.”

Highlights include Take the A Train, Take Five, and the long-awaited recording of Parole Parole. New originals like Hey Sister and Postcards from the Road celebrate two decades of wild adventures — from Russian high-society gigs to royal encounters and LA sessions with Bublé.

“We’ve never cared about trends,” says Marcella. “We’re women in charge, making the music we love. Here’s to the next 20 years.”
