Annual General Meeting

7.30 pm on Tuesday 22nd February 2022, at the Cheese & Grain

Every year Cheese and Grain members are invited to a meeting to review annual reports, address any policy motions proposed and hold elections to the C&G Board of Trustees. Any policy motions must be presented in writing with the name of the person proposing the motion and the name of at least one other member supporting the motion. Members may also propose other members as candidates in the election. This also needs the support of another named member. Motions and nominations should be emailed to office@cheeseandgrain.com, or by letter to the address above and must be received by the Cheese and Grain office no later than 5pm on Tuesday the 8th of February.

Not a member? Membership is free and open to anyone who lives or works in Frome. Ask at the box-office or phone 01373 455420 for an application form. The box office is open 10 to 6 Mondays to Saturday.
