Throughout the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries there was an eruption of religious rebellion: worshippers who wanted an alternative to what was seen as the corrupt and misguided Anglican Church.
Frome became a major centre for these non-conformists, and this one-off session will chart the rise of several organisations in the town, the building of their places of worship and some of the people behind this significant and major religious movement.
