Please welcome Frome’s newest pop sensation: Lumley!
Familiar faces, some familiar tunes. Top-notch ’90s guitar-pop from the indie songbook – the tunes WE love, played with passion and experience. None of your Br*tpop cliches here. Been there, done that.

MICHAEL FORD (Shout, All-Nighters): Singing
STEVE DAVIS (One Tones, What’s The Point): Guitar and singing
BEN WALLER (Shiny Happy Common People, Tell Tale Signs): Bass and singing
ANDY MORTEN (Bronco Bullfrog, Magic Tractor): Drums and singing

These four grizzled veterans of stage and screen realised that what they really *really* wanted to do was blast out the kind of leftfield, slightly under-the-radar indie gear we grew up with and still cling to. Cue: Teenage Fanclub, Super Furry Animals, Fountains Of Wayne, Edwyn Collins, Julian Cope, Lemonheads, Saint Etienne, Whiteout. Yes, Whiteout! And plenty more besides!

After three years of false starts, global pandemics and exploding bass players, LUMLEY has finally got its act together. An act we know you’re all soon going to be raving about.
